Meet Mohammed Zouihar from Azura

When Mohammed first started at Azura a few years ago, they faced some challenges due to the lack of accurate and timely temperature data. The team had to make decisions based on historical internet data, which often did not reflect real-time conditions. This inaccuracy can lead to reduced shelf life, especially with temperature-sensitive crops like tomatoes.
